Major Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned
2.Monitor and maintain all factory systems as assigned
3.Maintain spares as needed to insure that equipment is available when required.
4. Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
5- Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation
6- Trouble shoots faulty machinery to identify defects and repair them.
A) Regular (Daily / weekly):
1. Schedule and complete the "Preventative Maintenance Program".
2. Provide support to production in running machines to maximize efficiency and
productivity.
3. Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues.
4. Maintains work area(s) and equipment in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
5. Responsible for safety and adherence to all safety policies and procedures
Infrequent ( Monthly / quarterly / annually) :
1. work with the maintenance team in the annual shutdown jobs.
2- Other duties and projects as assigned.
3- Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
