The Digital Transformation & Innovation is in charge of overseeing the department operations, while recommending insights and opportunities to ensure optimization of customer experience. The candidate is also responsible for developing, managing, monitoring and implementing Company’s digital strategy in line with organizational values, objectives and priorities. Moreover, the candidate is responsible for anchoring digital transformation and innovation activities within the Company. Also identify peer groups in the market, to benchmark Company’s digital maturity against, Initiate and lead the digital strategy and digital transformation plan development processes and ensure continuous improvement of processes, systems, and solutions, and ensure periodic follow-up on identified areas of improvement .
