- • Analyze drawings, prepare BOQ with specifications for joinery and wooden works such as (Doors, cabinets, kitchens, cladding and wood works related)
- • Prepare the estimation with detailed break up possibly using estimation models and tools and present a quotation.
- • Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- • Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data.
- • Coordinate with purchasing department to get the price for various elements within the project.
- • Understanding drawings and joinery technical issues.
- • Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
- • Research construction documents and analyze specifications to determine estimated costs.
- • Prepare clear, properly formatted, Bid Package Scope Analysis Worksheets.
- • Ensure that all quantity surveys and pricing are accurate and complete.
- • Ensure all aspects of the project have been included.
- • Manage and supervise team of estimators and their works.
