Follows-up on pending customer issues with effective use of computer applications and telephone etiquette.
Being aware of business KPIs and objectives.
Being aware of all in-store promotions, such as discounts, credit, free coupons, raffle draws and etc.
Contributes to cost control and minimizing theft measures
Experienced in dealing with customers, and has a good knowledge on customer care.
Ability to handle customer requests, schedule deliveries and customer service requests.
Basic Knowledge of all new types/Trends of computer and smartphone connected electronics like wearable technology and connected home.
Ability to Read and Write Arabic and English Languages.
