- Implementing of the customer care function’s policies and procedures and follow up their implementation in order to achieve the function‘s objectives.
- Handling and responding to the customer complaints within the stipulated timelines upon receipt of the complaint (through AAW website, forms, Cisco system recordings, emails and all other means, etc.) and ensure that high quality service is provided to customers at all times to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer's complaints; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to resolve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Liaise with other functions of the business' department to develop complex business objectives and to achieve customer care and plans in accordance with the company strategic objectives and mission.
- Achieve customer care objectives by converting customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews as well as preparing and completing action plans by implementing production, productivity, customer care trends, determining system improvements, and applying changes.
- Ensure that all customer calls and enquiries are directed to concerned parties and manage the timely follow up with customers and concerned parties in order to ensure that all enquiries has been responded.
- Participate in developing of a complaints channel for receiving customers complaints and ensure quick response and resolution is provided for all arising issues.
- Ensure the preparation of accurate and detailed reports in regard of customers’ complaints and feedback to provide insights into the underlying business issues.
- Manage the maintenance of accurate records of all customer care operations for reference purposes.
- Ensure performing follow up calls to customers to obtain feedback and their opinion of received service or product to minimize clients’ complaints and build the reputation of satisfied and dedicated clients.
- Ensure that all the customers have a great customer shopping experience
- Conduct audit and maintain and check list of store to ensure achievement of standards with respect to cash counters and housekeeping, etc.
- Response to all emergency conditions like safety hazards, fire, threats to life or property etc.
- Comply with legislated and company safety along with environmental rules and regulations
- Prepare all reports as required by the Showroom Manager.
