As an Accountant, you will be responsible to verify and accurately present in a timely manner accounts and financial data to relevant superiors in order to efficiently facilitate the financial management of the Company.
Job Description is as follows:
- Analyse of petty cash and entering in system
- Checking all maintenance contracts in system
- Making all payments for customers and interviewing all customers coming for payment
- Checking all purchase order issued by inventory (dispatch request)
- Reconciliation for all customers (Receivables)
- Check and records collections in the system
- Reconciliation for all Bank accounts
- Reconciliation for all contractors and Suppliers
- Make payments for all contractors and check for all work done
- Perform any other financial tasks as required.
