Your mission:
Testing the web and mobile applications
·
Ensures proper test coverage based on the Business requirement
·
Representing QA in a feature project through applying QA best practices and managing flow of
communication in and out of projects.
·
Working closely with developers, qa engineers, product owner and product designers
·
Defining QA activities and principles for your own testing activities based on best practices and guidelines
·
Should able to adapt with current process
·
Taking ownership of the quality standard in your project
·
Sharing best practices and improvements within the squad and the QA team
·
Conducting training session for your colleagues
·
Communicate clearly challenges, root causes and possible risks to the stakeholders
Your heroic skills:
Bachelor/Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar education or a comparable work qualification
·
At least 5 years work experience in QA
·
Proficiency in software development life cycle, SDLC methodologies.
·
Solid knowledge in QA processes and best practices.
·
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases from
requirements tickets
·
Ensures proper test coverage based on the Business requirement
·
Perform functional, non-functional testing and thorough regression testing
·
Experience in User Acceptance Testing
·
Basic knowledge of API testing desired and should know how to proxy mobile
applications to validate API request/response.
·
Investigate the causes of non-conforming software , production/user issues
·
Experience with Android, iOS and Web testing
·
Working experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
·
Working experience in Automation with selenium
·
Working experience in JIRA defect management tool and test case management tool zephyr
or Xray
·
Prepare comprehensive result reports in addition to the issues faced during testing
phase
·
Experience required in test strategy implementation and functional testing
·
