Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and acting as designated point of contact in relation to a portfolio of properties, taking full ownership for managing work volumes and priorities and to produce work of the highest standards.
Process quotation / tender works including completing the application to secure new property.
Maintain property rental payment tracker, ensuring the rents of the leased properties are paid on a timely and reliable manner.
Keep records of all the documents / contracts related to all properties.
Work with the Designer to design the floor plan, incorporate changes to the floor plan, till the execution of the floor plan.
Coordinate with the internal stakeholders to get their inputs on the floor plan and incorporates the changes as agreed.
Oversee the construction of the store and work closely with the contractor on completion of the store.
Collaborate with the Government Relations team to obtain the required licenses for the property.
Liaise with the Recruitment team to confirm the recruitment timeline to hire for the new store.
Develop and implement property checklist in collaboration with the Supply Chain team & Contractor.
Plan, develop and implement effective and efficient procedures and policies where appropriate.
Prepare monthly property update report and adhoc report and share updates with the Management team on a regular basis.
Any other duties assigned by the company.
