- Supervise all insurance claims in line with insurance policies.
- Review insurance coverage requirements for the company including but not limited to employees, projects, facilities, office equipment, warehouses, shipments, heavy equipment and vehicles.
- Handle all claims submittal, follow up, and closure.
- Monitor the performance of insurance coverage.
- Setting up, managing and monitoring Health Insurance Cover for eligible employees.
- Collect and analyze data, on all claims.
- Prepare monthly reports for all active policies and claims.
- Update existing policies to reflect any changes, optimum coverage and economical format.
- Communicate with Insurance companies for processing claims.
- Ensure timely settlement of premiums.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.
