Job role:
• Collect customer order details through online/offline.
• Get very well familiar with product sections/arrangement in the store/supermarket.
• Quickly run throughout store/supermarket to pick required items as per order and as instructed.
• To Pick and scan orders using mobile applications/electronic devices.
• To check the expiry dates, check quality of items and pack the orders.
• Examine the delivery package before handing over to delivery team.
• Communicate with concern and understand the stock/products availability.
• Fill forms and log sheets on a daily basis to track orders and performance.
• Strictly follow company/store/supermarket guidelines & rules and health & safety standards.
