· CEO – Security – Theft & Security Breaches, Vehicle incidents
· Finance Staff - Contractor POR/Payments

· Maintenance Contractors – To conduct normal vehicle servicing and repairs
KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
The role of the Fleet Supervisor is to coordinate all vehicle fleet and to ensure all
vehicles are operational:
· Responsible for the RJ (legal certificate) of the vehicle
· Responsible for keeping a track of the insurance of the vehicle (Renewals/ Expiry)
· Creating methodology for tracking insurance papers for the vehicle (Renewals/ Expiry)
· Responsible for keeping a track of the registration of the vehicles
· Creating methodology for tracking registrations for the vehicles
· Allocation and assigning proper handover of the vehicle to driver/riders
· Creating methodology for monitoring the allocation of vehicles to drivers
· Creating methodology for proper inspection and monitoring of fleet vehicles
· Ascertaining which vehicle needs to replaced and which vehicle are in good condition
· Organize Vehicle Safety Stickers & Registration
· Organize the repair of any damage to vehicles
· Provide monthly fuel usage report to the CEO
· Provide monthly Vehicle Maintenance cost report to the CEO
· Organize & Schedule Fleet vehicle maintenance
· Review daily tasking requests on a weekly basis to ensure all tasking's are within company
policy
· Conduct random inspections of vehicles within the fleet
· Provide daily transport tasks to CEO
· Any other duties as directed by the CEO
