Prepare architectural drawings for proposals and various authorities as per client specifications and local regulations.
• Identify client requirements and obtain required data to complete architectural designs.
• Take measurements from site as required.
• Prepare various architectural concept design proposals and project specifications for clients and other design professionals to develop design solutions and revise them as per the client request.
• Prepare and revise drawings for various governmental agencies to ensure they are being approved on time.
• Prepare working drawing sheets for on-site.
• Ensure all designs meet architectural and construction safety regulations.
