1.PROJECT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT:
•Handling projects that contribute to the company’s success, such as opportunities for the organization to develop new products, troubleshoot problems or launch initiatives designed to reduce operational costs.
•Collaborate with other managers to execute projects
•Analyze the project portfolio to ensure that work aligns to strategic decisions
•Publishing reports and conducting review meetings to keep projects on track.
2.PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOL ASSESSMENT:
•Evaluate the tools and techniques used by the organization to manage projects, such as initiatives tracker, dashboards, and other reporting tools.
•Ensuring that the applications provide the benefits and featured by the organization by ensuring data integrity, assuring scheduling accuracy, and maintaining consistency throughout the organization.
3.PROJECT MANAGEMENT MENTORING:
•Mentoring individuals to achieve the desired projects goals
•Sharing tips, techniques, and templates that will help others know how to perform and finalize their tasks.
•Provide training o strategic initiatives, such as improving quality.
•Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure they align with the company’s strategic goals.
