We are a Dietary Food Company specialized in distributing Organic, Gluten free, Natural, Non-GMO healthy packaged food products to Major Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, On Line Sales and CO-Ops across Kuwait. We are looking for an experienced Sales and Operations Manager in the food distribution and FMCG carrying out but not limited to the following:
- Sales Management by setting up Sales team structure and position it well to cover all Sales areas and divisions.
- Arrive at Sales Strategy to improve Sales across all divisions (Key Accounts, Super Markets , CO-Ops , Digital Platform On line Sales etc.) maintaining optimum cost of sales.
- Ensuring product sales movement is monitored and stock position maintained accordingly.
- Prepare forecasts, project plans, action plans to increase sales as well as finding new potential sales points.
- Monitor In market sales across different outlets to see performance on gross sales and analyze returns accordingly.
- Periodic Sales Review with the Team to assess situation and initiate team building activities to ensure more bonding/motivation.
- Sales Team to ensure gross sales additions according to agreed targets, new outlet opening, distribution maintenance with shelf presence and collection to receivables.
- Monthly Sales Commissions to be worked out and ensure eligible Sales person’s commissions to be released on specified time.
- Management of Warehouse Operations through warehouse Supervisor where the inventory is tracked and maintained. Stock & Sale Report is generated and reported on time. FIFO maintenance of stock movement is maintained and expiries are reduced by informing in advance.
- Liaison with all suppliers regularly for new orders, price negotiations, schemes if any, payables and all related communications.
- Overseeing the developmental activities of company’s website and marketing through concerned personnel.
- Ensuring management is appraised of progress in all areas.
- Set up KPIs for all team members and conduct yearly appraisals.
