- Responsible for business plans (forecast, budgeting, buying etc.)
- Driving business to achieve all sales targets including value, volume, and profitability
- Establish and maintain a successful work culture. Recruit, retain, and develop an effective retail team.
- Plan and execute marketing/sale events.
- Manage and improve the operational systems, specifically, support better management
- reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
- Reviewing weekly and monthly market performance, P&L, KPI's, MS reports with management and with retail team.
- Drive for results and leaderships skills
