Administrative
1.1.1 Understand and execute Electrical Maintenance Contract.
1.1.2 Establish and maintain correct manning levels.
1.1.3 Invoicing and reporting.
1.1.4 Advise on any equipment and special tools required above the normal usage.
1.1.5 Establish progress, efficiency and activity reporting procedures.
1.2 Operational
1.2.1 Ensure that contractual obligations are complied with.
1.2.2 Ensure that all safety regulations and government regulations pertaining to the employment of foreign staff are complied with.
1.2.3 Ensure that the execution maintenance priority complies with the Company’s requirement.
1.2.4 To be able to prepare shutdown maintenance schedules for HV/MV/LV switchgears including SF6 switchgears, Power transformers, motor control centers & motors etc.
1.2.5 Ensure that contract staffs are continuously updated on local labour and security regulations pertaining to the refinery and Kuwait as a whole.
1.2.6 Conduct feasibility studies as and when required.
1.2.7 Establish and implement financial and manpower budgets for his group.
