• Act as first line of support for Network problems and issues.
• Assist on-site engineers to attend network issues promptly and resolve it timely.
• Install & configure Network Switches and Troubleshoot affected node and User problems.
• Dismantling, Relocating and installation of cabinets, patch panels and cable trays.
• Lifting, Carrying, Mounting, Dismantling and installation of network devices (Wireless Access Points, switches, routers etc.) as and when required as part of the Services.
• Provide Maintenance & On-Site Support Services to activate network service as per request.
• Administering and ensuring continuous operation of the Network Service.
• Provide support to execute preventive maintenance activities.
• Documenting details of all amendments made to the System.
• Cable management in the LAN DP (DP Distribution Point) Rooms as per the approved standards with proper labeling.
• Maintain the records of network connections/Services as per the Standards implemented.
• Mounting, Dismantling and installation of network devices (Wireless Access Points, switches, routers etc.,) as and when required as part of the Services.
• Providing technical and functional implementation Services during the implementation of a new release, upgrades, projects and technologies.
