• Management of Servers, Router, Switches and other Networking Components
• Backup of Crucial Servers and Data's on defined schedules
• Support for ERP
• Analyzing patches / updates and installation of the same
• Provision of IT hardware to Clients
• Configuration of client end application as required
• Training of End users online for the Applications used
• Interaction with service providers for proper functioning Lease line and Internet connectivity
• Coordinating with Vendors for Procurement and support
• Giving support to other process for IT requirements (eg. Video-Conferencing, Audio Visual Systems)
• Testing new technologies
• Maintaining & updating Asset register and Annual Maintenance Contracts and regularly keeping track of the same.
• Creation of Process Manuals
• Hardware and software Installations as and when required
• Remote user support
