· Develop HR strategies with the overall business strategy.
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
· Knowledge of Kuwait labor law.
· Excellent listener, negotiator and possess presentation skills.
· Knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law.
· Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
· HR-related degree and have basic experience in our industry.
· Assist HR manager in the whole recruitment process and selection.
· Properly handle complaints, grievance procedures and any kind of harassment allegations.
· 7 to 10 years’ Experience in HR, or relevant human resources/administrative position, and as HR Manager Assistant.
· Has a wide knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, laws, Indemnities, End of services laws and be able to explain these policies to new and existing employees when needed
· Performing payroll.
· Develop procedures for recruitment, placement, training, and other areas of human resources.
· Conduct new employee orientations
· Prepare employees payments, benefits, and personnel policies.
· Develop methods to improve employment policies.
· Investigate accidents which might take place with the employees and discuss it with the manager and the legal consultant.
· Contract interviews when needed.
