- The Area Manager will primarily be responsible for managing and handling the stores assigned to him.
- Assist the Operations Manager in developing Sales Plans and brief the marketing department on required promotional campaigns.
- Assist in leading the Sales Department to set individual objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate sales staff.
- Develop sales policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent application and ease of sales operations.
- Lead and manage the continuous review and improvement of Sales practices taking into account “international best practice”
- Ensure all sales activity, planning and execution are at the highest level
- Ensure the sales objectives set by the management are achieved
- Provide market place feedback
- Develop an account management process to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness in the operation.
- Contribute in developing offer stocks pricing strategy.
- Monitor food delivery and drivers
- Must work round the clock and must work in flexible shift.
