- Purchases from suppliers on a monthly basis.
- Commit to International Guidelines and Regulations with our suppliers.
- Assigning & Tracking of all company machinery, equipment’s, and chemicals.
- Regularly updating Company / Employee Assets again and confirming it with HR & Finance departments.
- Responsible for receiving any company assets from exiting employees and updating all relative systems.
- Organizing chemicals & equipment in professional manner, according to the pre-set categorizing systems.
- Ensuring that all Inventory software used by the department are up to date, and that all the department’s SOPs are strictly followed.
- Maintaining / fixing any damaged or broken equipment, or even replacing it if it is unfixable.
- Understand the needs of the operations department and base on the creation of any new item into our monthly purchasing list
- Monthly reports of available stocks, monthly item consumables
