- Guide the development of the Training Centre to facilitate growth and financial strength
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Training Centre
- Develop a written strategic plan covering finances, operations, marketing, staff development aligned to the set annual objectives
- Supervise internal and external communications
- Seek opportunities to develop new revenue sources
- Develop contacts and partnerships with corporations and individuals to increase total awareness of the Training Centre and advocate on its behalf.
- Work with staff to establish an effective Training Centre team
- Responsible for operational performance against budget – including revenues/profitability
- Ensure customer service best practices are in place and active
- Optimise systems to enhance development and capture performance of Training Centre
- Responsible for employees personal development and maintaining of group culture
- Market the training courses and visit potential customers for new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers in person, via meetings, telephone calls and emails and negotiating, providing quotations and closing deals in order to achieve sales target.
- Assist in courses arrangements including preparing quotations & agreements, training materials, certificates, etc.
