Follow up with PDI/ Accessories staff on the sold units in order to deliver it on time every time.
Follow up on the units registered under PDI Department and ensure number plates are installed on the vehicles.
Inform the customer on the time of delivery and coordinate with PDI for following the delivery schedule.
Ensure vehicle proper inspection before delivery.
Assure that customers are educated by Delivery Staff on features of the vehicle and warranty matters.
Attend to the escalated customer queries/complaints and forward it to the Assistant Manager, Vehicle Sales.
Monitor the staff for appearance in accordance with Company Dress Code Policy and customer service.
Assign duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance to policies and procedures.
Check employee attendance and report absence and attendance exceptions, prepare annual leave plan for employees and overtime sheets on SAP HCM for management approval.
Explain and advise staff on Group policy and quality standards and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Provide on the job training and coaching to staff and provide information and necessary material to staff to carry out the jobs.
Receive grievances raised by subordinates and promptly escalate such grievances to management.
