• Implement and manage Network solutions / projects across the company locally & provides assistance where needed at a global level
• Ensure proper operations and implementation of network solutions and services
• Developing operating and network configuration manuals for all systems
• Ensuring Capacity planning, scalability, and availability of all infrastructure systems
• Ensure strict adherence to & prompt closure to all Network & Security Devices Audit findings
• Ensuring IT services continuity and efficient service support locally.
• Ensuring proper operations and implementation of network solutions and services in the company.
• Ensuring proper Network Change control process are followed
• Ensuring connectivity and availability of Group Level Connectivity through VPN and local connectivity to branches through ISP
• Planning, Implementing and Managing IP Telephony infrastructure throughout the Group
Ensuring Security of the entire Group Infrastructure through perimeter firewalls.
• Highest level of accuracy and integrity with company data.
• The role is accountable for the functions set forth in this job description and is applicable to local offices assigned to the job profile and its jurisdiction for all Application and Software support services for the IT Systems environment
