We are looking for a results-driven Sales Person to sell cars.
SALES EXECUTIVE - (RETAIL)
The right person should
· Have a passion for sales.
· Be able to identify and understand the needs of a customer and close deals without any issues.
· Have thorough and up- to- date knowledge of the competition around to give a comparison of the features of the cars to the customers to obtain sales.
· Be able to understand the needs and interest of customer and guide them to the appropriate car/vehicle.
· Be able to sell (value adding services) like maintenance plans, warranties etc .
· Maintain a customer database and build rapport with potential customers to update about new deals to convert to a sale.
· Support customer to process all paperwork for a successful sale.
· looking for ways to improve the service provided to the customer and to make
· suggestions to higher management of ways to constantly develop the customer value statement.
· Should have the latest knowledge on the current developments in the motor vehicle industry.
· Should take customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
· Maintain reporting structures ‘and recording sales and inventory on the software provided.
· Assist with the set up of showroom and promotional displays.
SALES EXECUTIVE (FLEET):
· Maintains regular contact with all fleet customers whether potential clients or existing
· Develops a fleet database maintained weekly on the DMS
· Carries out a minimum of 2 customer visits per day and reports on the outcomes
· Maintains a visit log at all times
· Holds fleet events.
· Follows up on all potential sales leads
· Delivers test drives to customers at their home or place of work
· Manages the sales process from introduction through to final delivery
· Maintains timely contact with all customers
· Books in vehicles for service or repair
· Provides a single point of contact for the customer
· Manages all documentation related to the sale efficiently.
· Learns all product information to become the leading expert on all brand vehicles
· Produces total cost of ownership (TCO) reports and comparisons to competition
· Provides quotes for all purchase methods and types.
· Provides appraisal for used cars – trade ins.
