1. New & Existing Products requirements' assessment, evaluation & validation.
2. Product Lifecycle Requirements and Functionalities' Roadmap.
3. Business Units' Requirements Gathering, Analysis & Compliance.
4. Specification & functionalities' Planning, UX/UI across Channels,
5. Monitor efficient working of all Products/projects & ensure compliance to the plan.
6. Product Portfolio, Roadmap, concepts, Product Notes, Releases and Milestones.
7. Product Performance, Trends, Market Share Analysis & Product Differentiation
8. New & Product UI/UX, rendering, packaging, Internal and external Prototyping.
9. Incorporate User feedback, Product suggestions ad build continuous product Enhancement.
10. Full projects Management and ensure completion within required timeframe.
11. Administer all user platforms / vertical products experience, the PMO and ensure their compliance on key expected deliverables.
12. Manage compatibility between Requirements, admin control panel, User UI/UX and actual cross platform builds (Android, iOS, Windows & Web), Kiosk, POS) on all Products/projects for entire product life cycle development.
13. Build and manage test cases analysis, on all UI/UX, Controls and admin panel interfaces respectively.
14. Develop optimized methodology, to test and specifically measure products and applications performance.
