- Support and Network monitoring.
- Monitoring the overall network; collecting and processing system-generated messages/alarms in order to detect possible problems related to any network element; initiating appropriate follow-up actions in a timely manner in response to network events.
- First line support for the network problems.
- Open a Trouble Tickets for Network Alarms / Faults and send Notifications.
- Escalate Faults to Next Level of support.
- Network Backup for Nodes
- Prepare daily, Weekly and monthly reports.
- To perform any other tasks requested by ATC interface without exception.
