- Install multi-function devices (printers) & Special Optional Units
- Work on maintenance, repair, troubleshooting small and large copiers & printers
Maintain customer records
- Provide high level and in depth technical support consistent with department and team service levels and goals
- Preventative maintenance of all machines
- Train the Users of the clients copy, Print, Scan, and Fax and with all possible feature as per Requirement
- Check if there is any problem with operation of machines by repeating paper tests
Changing the Consumable’s as per requirement
- Check the stock of equipment and other parts like cartridges which are required for repairing
- Handling the necessary paper work related to the order
- Solving the IT Related Problems & configurations for printers (Firmware, secure print Uniflow S/W)
