- Assist Project Manager in planning, coordination and execution of events thus contributing to overall media Events customer satisfaction and quality of services.
- Perform market research to gain inputs on events in the market as well as to collect inputs to develop event concepts.
- Document client needs for the events as well as maintain overall event project management documentation.
- Develop draft project plans including estimation of timelines and financial/ people resources required. Collect project plan inputs from other partners and Events Operations team.
- Monitor service providers to ensure they are performing as per event project plan and event requirements.
- Prepare and submit project status reports to keep track of project execution as well as to identify and potential bottlenecks.
- Coordinate marketing plan execution.
- Monitor and coordinate event attendance either by the pre-defined lists or coordinate event ticket sales with the Event Operations and Commercial Development teams.
- Visit potential event venues as well as provide their selection recommendations for the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with venue representatives any technical and organizational matters related to event execution.
