· Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potentials based upon consumer needs and spending habits
· Improving brand recognition and market positioning
· Develops, controls and arranges the distribution of point of sale materials and ensures proper usage.
· Maintaining a healthy stock level of goods in the warehouse. Closely monitoring the stock inventory in line with the budget levels and propose orders, taking into consideration the lead time, targets, seasonality and promotional calendars
· Planning and executing all brand launch/re-launches, training, targets, achievements with communication to the sales team.
· Analyzing retail figures against historical data and planning actions according to the readings
· Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through market research
· Creating go-to marketing strategies for the brand to build brand loyalty
· Reporting performance and assess against goals for ROI and KPIs
· Reviewing the success of a campaign and developing ways to improve brand recognition
· Building a following for brand on social media with the creative team
· Negotiates the annual business plan to reflect brand positioning and key aspects of brand strategy with Supplier.
· Develop the annual budgets and sales plan
· Manage the merchandising planning process to achieve the set sales target
· Manage the brand communications
· Set pricing strategies for the products within the brand and ensure that the pricing is in line of the market’s demand and supplier’s request.
