Assist the Manager Warehouse in carrying out the proper warehousing process, procedures defined by the organization and to deliver results by achieving goals, objectives and KPI’s.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Manager Warehouse to ensure all aspects of warehouse operations activities are carried out on timely manner as per defined process to have profitable transactions & satisfying customer needs.
- Responsible to manage manpower planning scheduling for right planning to manage the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods from the warehouse adhering to SOP.
- Organize layout and ensure efficient space utilization at the Warehouse.
- Ensure that staffs are maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
- Responsible for productivity KPI and also will produce regular KPI reports, Dashboards and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for Manager Warehouse. Manage, motivate, train and continually develop Warehouse Supervisors and Team Leaders.
- Assist the Manager Warehouse in preparing annual budget, plan out expenses, analyze any variances, cost effective solutions and effective manpower utilization and make necessary corrections to help in achieving financial objectives.
