· Reconcile the accounts receivables to ensure that all payments are accounted properly on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
· Preparing month-end account closing activities and reconciliations.
· Prepares journal vouchers, accounts statement, etc.
· Reconcile bank & cash collection accounts.
· Knowledge of inventory management.
· Any other responsibility that would be assigned by Line Manager.
