- Design and develop current and new products to support the sales of the business
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Manage Store day to day requirements, by Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
- Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.
- Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Supporting bids for large scale projects and tenders by developing technical solutions which optimise cost-effectiveness;
- Interact with other departments across the business and communicating with external parties such as customers and suppliers.
- Have experience working within a Lighting, design environment
- Knowledge and experience of 3D/ 2D CAD and Relux / Dialux software.
