A. Accountabilities:
• Work closely with the sales team on proposals and RFPs
• Work closely and collaboratively with customers to design effective solutions.
• Work closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
• Coordinate technical implementation and support with technical team from head office
• Provide technical solutions pre-sales and design activities to new & existing customers
• Attend meetings with potential customers to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
• Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
• Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
• Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and the company
