- Assist in the selection and hiring of the fitness team, personal trainers, coaches, GGX instructors, and kids trainers.
- Support the General Manager is running the day-to-day operations of the gym.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date certification and CPR records of all personal training staff.
- Respond to member complaints suggestions.
- Develop a robust schedule of classes, providing coach feedback, holding quarterly practices. Also, oversee the execution of administrative duties including but not limited to: Monthly classes tracker report, substitue scheduling, class attendance monitoring, managing equipment inventory, and handle any issues concerning members or fitness staff.
- Conduct personal training and group sessions with clients, adhering to the guidelines for PT services
