Basic Function and Scope
- Data entry employment is a wide field. Sometimes referred to as a key entry operator, data entry specialist, data entry clerk or an information processing worker these are the common core functions and data entry skills of the job.
- Give enthusiastic support of FWT’s merchandise and sales methods,
- Reflect sincere cheerfulness in everyday contact with colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Data entry operator job to update and maintain information on computer systems and in archives.
- Maintain own office equipment and stationery supplies.
- Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks.
- Verify data and correct data where necessary.
- Organizing and Updating all day to day jobs.
- Corrects codes of input data as needed.
- Enters and records data from electronic and hard copy source materials into system using an electronic keyboard or optical scanner likes bar codes scanning.
- Updates records by deleting, changing, merging or adding data to files.
- Be a good Ambassador of FWT whenever representing the Company.
