- Plan, coordinate and schedule distribution of work for subordinates and ensure timely completion, accuracy and compliance with the policies and procedures.
- Perform general ledger scrutiny and monitor ledger accounts movements.
- Check and pass monthly journal vouchers and post these in the system (receipt voucher, payment voucher, Journal Voucher, Vendor invoices, Purchased Invoice, Petty Cash) to insure the entry is matching with attached approved document.
- Check and authorize Payments, such as Petty Cash vouchers, Other Payments, Payroll etc.
- Monitor and verify Fixed Assets schedule, Prepayment schedule, Insurance schedule, Suppliers payments etc.
- Monitor Inter Company balance and related party transactions.
Review and closing monthly production order.
- Co-ordinate and correspond with other department for their department/ brand wise monthly expenses analysis and related queries.
- Liaise with other departments, especially MIS, Admin, HR and Inventory to solve problems / discrepancies and ensure smooth functioning.
- Assist Group Consultant (Auditors) and Department Heads by providing the information required by them for their job and verifications.
- Performs data entry of customer collections through receipts and bank deposit vouchers in the system
