Strategic:
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
- Develop media relations strategy, seeking highlevel placements in print, broadcast and online media
Operational:
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
- Coach the team and get the best from everyone
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issrres
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Brainstorm new and innovativc growth stratcgics Align the company around the brand's direction, choiccs and tactics.
- Plan, develop and direct marketing eflorts lor a particular brand or product.
- Create stratcgies to take advantagc ofmarket opportunities. Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details ofa campaign Execute sfategics with cross-functional teams.
- Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies
- Supervise brand content.
- Manage access to brand assets.
- Develop brand standards and usage guidelines.
- Assist integration ofcampaigns with brand consistency.
- Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics suclr as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and by conducting corrsurner research.
- Analyze sales data to update a brarrd or category portfolio, deternrine nerv products and delete underperforming products
people:
- Co-coordinating the launch programme to external customers as lvell as employees.
- Ensure that subordinates are alvare and familiar rvith assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Assist subordinates in resolution ofany problems, discrepancies, and inquiries.
