Responsible for assisting in the supervision of personnel associated with Accounts Receivables processing activities, including but not limited cash receipts from and refunds to third party payers to ensure payments are posted accurately and timely in line with Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Son’s policies and procedures.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuing general policies, procedures and best practices governing the overall credit and accounts receivable operations of the wholesale section are implemented accurately and on time.
- Promptly solve problems with respect to established policies, billing, procedures, contractual agreements, and licensing practices.
- Ensure timely collection of cash receipts from customers.
- Respond to customers’, partners’ and sales’ questions, resolving problems and reconciling discrepancies in order to expedite collections.
- Handle tender receivable
- Prepare Reconcilation for tender receivable
- Following up invoices and contracts on MOH
