Responsible for managing a group of engineers and professionals in the construction and maintenance supervision field, providing direct supervision and project management oversight on multiple projects, contractors, and consultants, and providing solutions and recommendations to the Client. Establish site visit standard protocol and reporting systems
Implement and monitor the quality management guidelines
Update the supervision procedures and manual for the Client
Review and make recommendations on VOs, EOTs and claims
Establish/update KPIs for rating the performance of consultants and contractors
Provide training guidelines for Client junior staff
Provide performance evaluation and mentoring to staff
Must communicate well in English. Good command of Arabic language is a plus.
Must work well with staff and Client and exhibit exemplary leadership skills
