• Work on MOSS, web Parts, Custom Development, SharePoint 2007 and 2010, 2013 frameworks as an application development platform.
• Design, Development, Configuration and Packaging of SharePoint 2013 solutions.
• SharePoint (Web Parts, User Controls, Delegate Controls) development using Visual Studio.
• Branding (master pages, themes) (CSS, XML, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Development of Timer jobs, workflows, features, event receivers.
• SharePoint 2013 REST and CSOM.
• Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module.
• Should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.
• Responsible for defining the solution structure in alignment with solution requirements.
• Should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers.
• Should have good experience in application of standard software development principles.
• Ability to adapt and pick up new techniques and technology.
• Knowledge of Nintex workflows will be an advantage.
• Responsible for SharePoint Farm administration, including installation/deployment, managing Web Apps, Content Databases, Site Collections, Security, Backups etc.
• Responsible for managing Active Directory OU’s, User & Groups, Distribution Lists etc.
• Responsible for managing SQL Server environment, including creation and monitoring of content databases, log files etc.
• Responsible for servers and network infrastructure.
• Responsible for defining business requirements.
• Responsible for designing and configuring SharePoint site structure, metadata architecture, page layouts, security model etc. Works closely with SharePoint Developers translating requirements to solutions.
• Responsible for designing and configuring SharePoint server farm to support business requirements.
• Responsible for administering SharePoint Search – including content sources, result sources, search schema, index crawls, Search Centre configuration etc.
