Coordinate and process all relevant documents in reference to the criteria of immigration office, Labor office, ministry of social affairs, Foreign investment Authority (KDIPA) , Social Insurance, and ministry of foreign affairs in compliance with the laws and regulations in Kuwait.
Support to prepare and process applications related to work permits, employee visas company license in compliance with Kuwait laws and regulations online. Work closely with Mandoob
Submit online applications
Collect and give regular updates on all work and migration standards from the government offices to keep the HO office well informed for any changes in procedures and rules.
Keep records of employee documents for visas, passports, civil ids, and other important documents in SharePoint
Update & communicate all new laws or rules issued by Government
Maintain absolute confidentiality of records
Deal promptly and productively on general enquiries about HR functions
Assist employees with immediate dependents visa process.
Maintain the visa checklist, cost and processing time
Submit detailed reports related of expenses and receipts.
Provide information regarding employee benefits, Company rules, and policies, and ensure new hire paperwork is completed and routed appropriately for processing
