Key responsibilities
Act as a specialist, working on a variety of tasks to support the strategic objectives of the commercial organization and share best practices including specification support, product advice, approval librarian, My Hempel etc.
Key tasks:
· CRM Opportunities Pipeline
· Creation of quotations and specifications in AX and IQS
· Price List management and documentation (ensuring adhering to Authority Matrix, archiving)
· Support for customer product queries – basic technical advice
· Support Commercial organization in documentation (maintenance plans, guarantees, approvals)
· My Hempel support (account set up, support and training at customers)
· Technical submittals (tenders)
· To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
· To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies.
· Shall perform other related jobs/ tasks as required.
