- Attending and following up the sessions roles in all kinds of courts performing allt he administrative tasks related to litigation and legal.
- Execution process such as filling the cases, legal notifications, issuing court verdicts and executive orders.
- Liasing & finalizing the tasks with external authorities such as Ministry of foriegn affairs, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Justice, municipality , criminal investigations, and Kuwait anti corruption authority.
- Performing all the related tasks for executing the court verdicts. Updating and scanning all the documents related to Litigation and Execution.
- Preparing and updating the reports of Litigation and Execution as per the required standards.
