- Managing the portfolio of business improvement projects, by making connections, building relations, identifying new markets and negotiating sales terms to ensure business benefits.
- Delivery and execution of these projects with desired quality on time, and within budget
- Manage company's strategic initiative and generating practices
- Ensure implementation of FMCG BU improvement projects, services and applications.
- Identify and acquire new brands, leading commercial and contract negotiations through implementation
- Support negotiation terms of current brands
- Develop Corporate and Divisional strategic planning process
- Implement a 3-5 year frowth strategy
- Prepare monthly Operations report with feedback of all brands
- Create financial feasibility models to support strategic decisions and access viability of buisness initiatives
- Provide analysis of company's current and future positioning & develop new market positioning strategy accordingly
- Draft & evaluate Business Plans
