ROLE
You will work with the Store Manager to achieve objectives, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided by the sales staff and that they have the skills and support required to maximize sales. You will work with a variety of different departments to maintain the effective operation of the store and will provide feedback to the store and operation managers around staff and products. You may also be required to deputize for the Store Manager during periods of leave.
You must have previous management or supervisory experience in retail and a passion for customer service.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
• Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
• Work on store visual displays.
• Coach, train, and discipline employees.
• Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
• Ensures that the quality and standards for health and safety, cleanliness and customer service are met.
• Organize and distribute staff schedules.
• Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues
