ROLE
You will work with the Showroom Supervisor to achieve objectives, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided by the sales staff and that they have the skills and support required maximizing sales. You will work with a variety of different departments to maintain the effective operation of the store and will provide feedback to the store and operation managers around staff and products. You may also be required to deputize for the Store Manager during periods of leave.
You must have previous management or supervisory experience in retail and a passion for customer service.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
• Ability to work shifts on days, nights, holidays and weekends according to the needs of the business.
• Ability to converse read and write in English. Fluency in Arabic language would be an advantage.
• Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, frequently reach with hands and arms, twist, bend frequently, stoop, squat, lift or carry items.
• Ability to effectively maneuver within all areas of the sales floor and stock room.
• Ability to effectively communicate with and professionally collaborate with Store supervisor and store team.
• Ability to assist the Store supervisor as needed with effectively training, supervising and developing a highly qualified store staff.
• Maintains brand integrity in all areas of visual displays and customer service.
• Maintains cleanliness and organizational standards so that the store is a neat, clean and safe environment for all associates.
• Manages the team in place of the Store supervisor when on leave.
• Able to train staff on customer service, cross selling items
• Sales driver, self-motivated and motivates team members to achieve targets.
