POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients over different products in Cosmetics, Perfumes and Beauty.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients
• To achieve and surpass goals
• To insure the highest standards of client service are maintained at all times
• To maintain the selling floor and merchandise
• To insure compliance with all company policies, procedures and directives Sells at or above sales goals, achieves average unit sale and items per transaction goal, and maintains account solicitation goals.
• Develops and maintains a listing of customers through the Cosmetic Follow-Up Program. Contacts customers via telephone and written communication.
• Recommends cosmetic consultations to customers/fulfills requests for consultations.
• Applies cosmetic products on customer’s faces, necks, hands, or wrists. Demonstrates how to apply the cosmetics and provides product knowledge.
• Unpacks, displays, and maintains the condition of department merchandise.
• General maintenance and upkeep of the displays, department and stock areas.
