- Coordination of projects assigned and participate in the design and/or testing phases.
- Manage project budget and resource allocation.
- Works with appropriate customers to identify and coordinate new IT system developments and/or enhancements.
- Works with appropriate customers to develop project scope of work documents and project plans that include an analysis of benefit, cost, work schedule and any related risks.
- Assigns, schedules, trains, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget.
- Develops IT system review schedules, audits and acceptance tests for each phase of a project.
- Identifies IT system design alternatives, researches existing IT systems in the marketplace and recommends viable IT solutions.
- Conducts extensive research and development of new technologies that add value to existing solutions.
- Ensure that all clinical support requirement of the sales department and end users are met.
- Carry out item inspection upon arrival of goods in stores and full coverage of designated principals and products.
- Interface with service engineers and customers during installation and ensure timely installation of equipment orders.
- Contact customers on a regular basis to discuss issues and customer requirements.
- Monitor the customer initial setup at site and ongoing maintenance processes regarding the installation, ongoing support and ensure that all end users are provided the required post installation training.
- Perform training, consulting or other support services (including telephone support) for customers as directed.
- Offer a direct point of contact for all customers to report their issues and questions.
- Visit installed base regularly and ensure that the equipment are functional and in use all the time.
- Ensure that the end user is capable of utilizing all features of installed equipment and vendor standards are met.
- Monitor and follow-up open customer support issues.
