- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Develop a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.

- Design, develop, and implement integrated marketing, communications, sales and promotion strategies to targeted groups, including potential customers.
- Develop training programs that help align the company’s marketing goals with the rest of the team.
- Recommend aligned merchandising, advertising, promotional and event strategies to optimize consumer loyalty.
- Evaluate marketing and promotion activities on an on-going basis and provide feedback to the management for performance review.
- Prepare annual marketing and communications/PR plans and budget (targeted media, events sponsorship, direct mail campaigns and other below-the line activities) for efficient management and implementation.
- Plan and conduct PR campaigns (preparation of PR kits, organizing press conferences and media contact) designed to create and enhance a favorable public image for the company.
- Prepare and assist in the development of the company’s social media campaigns.
- Assist in the development of a loyalty program to help retain and increase repeat customer business.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing performance reports to the management.
- Effectively communicate and implement the company’s vision, mission, strategy, values and culture.
-Manage and provide marketing material; with the help of the graphics department ,for all social media accounts.
-Represent the office in all marketing related events.
